Bottom Closed Guard Grip Break - Cuff and Underhook

Technique Set Up: 

When your opponent is inside your Closed Guard with one hand gripping your lapels.

Technique Description: 
  1. Make a Cuff Grip with your hand that is on the opposite side as your opponent's gripping hand
  2. With your non-gripping hand, reach under your opponent's wrist and grab the wrist of your gripping hand
  3. Lift up with both hands (two on one) and pull opponent's arm by the wrist across your body while pulling opponent forward with your knees to break his posture
