Escape Rear Bear Hug - Under Arms

Technique Description:
This is a standard self defense technique that is applicable to no-gi jiu jitsu, and you will also see it in MMA. This is one of those times that the best technique for someone in MMA crosses over to self defense:
- As soon as you feel someone connec their hands into an under arm rear bear hug, immediately drop your hips, as though you are doing a squat, or sitting in a chair, and begin walking forward
- Dig both of your thumbs into the gap created in between the bottom of your opponent's thumb and their wrist
- Put one leg/thigh forward, and pop hips out as you are pushing down with your hands and walking forward
