BJJ Standing T-Clinch
Technique Set Up: 

Sometimes used in the Front Bear Hug - Over Arms self defense technique.

Technique Description: 

The T-Clinch is when you are standing perpendicular from your opponent.  Generally, one arm is wrapped around your opponent's back, and/or holding his belt.  The other hand is cupping the bicep, and holding opponent's arm into your body tightly.  This is a common setup for the O Goshi hip throw and the Tani Otoshi back tripping throw.
